In its activities the Trade Union of Professional Footballers will express authentic – special interests and their democratic synthesis as tasks for all members who gather around a common goal which is the protection and promotion of material, social, labor law rights and other common and special interests, rights, freedom, and for more efficient impact on overall socio-economic processes and relations.
The strength of the Union of Professional Footballers of Montenegro will be based on the reasoned presentation of the interests and demands of players and pervasiveness on a decisive and simultaneous performance towards the social partners – the Football Association of Montenegro or clubs within the Football Association of Montenegro
The trade union expresses its determination to fight for the full realization of trade union rights and freedoms as an integral part of democratic processes and the achievements of civilization. This implies uncompromising opposition to all forms of repression against football players – union activists.
The orientation towards dialogue and cooperation in action does not carry the danger of drowning in government structures and party pluralism. On the contrary, starting from the interest of football players as the only ideology, the SPFCG will strengthen its independent position, so that, regardless of parliamentary changes, it remains on authentic trade union content.
