Turnir FIFPRO
Since 2005, each summer FIFPro organizes the FIFPro Tournament to help footballers without a contract find a new professional club. This summer FIFPro organizes two tournaments in Europe. On the 9th of July a three-team competition has been held in Thessaloniki, Greece. On the 16th and 17th of July there will be a seven-team tournament in Rijnsburg, The Netherlands. FIFPro invites clubs, scouts and technical directors to see the participating players in action. It is up to the players to show their best in an effort to find a new professional football club, just like many of their colleagues have done during previous FIFPro Tournaments.
